This doesn't handle top-level posts, and so won't filter out your friends page. However, I'll admit that there may be quite a bit of fine-tuning left to do on the livejournal bit of the script - I pretty much stopped once it was working for the comments on my page and on ginmar's.
I'll look at your friends list and see what I can see.
